Natalie Millar Jadhav

Natalie grew up in Australia, and has been involved in film, television, VFX and animation internationally for more than 20 years. She originally trained as a 3d and digital media artist in London and went on to focus on producing and production management. Natalie has worked in New Zealand and India over the last 12 years and resides in Mumbai. Mostly recently, Natalie has been freelancing as an executive producer. This involves bringing in clients, fielding for bids from multiple vendors if required, and overseeing the execution and delivery of projects. Previously Natalie managed VFX on shows for top level international studios, such as DNEG and Weta Digital. She has also worked as an associate creative producer for several India-based live action feature films and had responsibilities at all stages from concept and creative to shoot and delivery. Natalie has interests that include virtual production, and she recently completed an Unreal Fellowship with the Women Creators Program by Epic Games India. Natalie is unique for having experience as both an artist and a manager, in VFX as well as live-action, and in India as well as internationally. Natalie is a person who thrives on challenges, has great respect for the team she works with, and aims to encourage a positive, solutions-oriented work culture around her.
